Sequoia Allen (she/her) is an actor and acrobat based in Portland, Oregon. Her love of film began early in life, and as child she enjoyed subjecting her parents to her own devised theater pieces. While at university Sequoia began acting on screen and in an improv troupe, and made her first foray into the world of circus arts.
Sequoia now practices and teaches a variety of circus arts including aerial hoop, partner acrobatics, contortion, and acro dance. She has performed with Tempos Circus, Constructive Interference, and others. When she’s not on set or at the gym, Sequoia can often be found hovering around the oven, watching over her latest baking project.
